What’s Love?
I get asked this question a lot … Here are some answers from the people who know, 4 to 8 year old children 
‘When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn’t bend over and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That’s love.’
‘When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different. You just know that your name is safe in their mouth.’
‘Love is when a girl puts on perfume and a boy puts on shaving cologne and they go out and smell each other.’
‘Love is when my mummy makes coffee for my daddy and she takes a sip before giving it to him, to make sure the taste is OK.’

pps My internet was down for a few days, a wire had snapped… and i really wanted to approve all the comments asap… it was almost 2 am when i had my first chance to do that, and i am afraid while sifting thru the spam folder, i may have mistakenly deleted some legitimate comments … Also, there was one person who had posted a link about something negative on the net about Art of Living and few people had commented on that, all those have been deleted. When you visit a site like that, it gets a “hit” and becomes more “popular” on search engines. So, do not visit these sick sites and give them traffic and PLEASE dont post links of these sites on this blog. Many times they post sensational stuff, simply to get hits. And if, by mistake some comment like this slips thru, then make it a point to email me and tell me, so i can delete it asap.

Love is
1. When you miss them, before you part.
2. When you could listen to their voice all night and never get tired of hearing them talking.
3. When the sound of their name sends shivers down your spine.
4. When the second you close your eyes, you can feel your heart calling out to them.
5. When you get butterflies when you’re with them.
6. When everything about them, even their flaws, make you smile.
7. When you cant imagine spending the rest of your life with anyone but them.
8. When the feeling of wanting them leaves, and is replaced by the feeling of needing them.
Love does not always mean sticking to each other at all times, good or bad. “Not being able to stay without the other” is a form of addiction. Love means having the strength to let go of the relationship if it is good for each other. Some relationships limit your ability to be yourself, for various reasons. Sometimes there is lack of a connect. At such times, your love of your own self should motivate you to seek a relationship sphere where you can grow your individuality.

I’ve experienced when I meet someody really dear after a long time and just rush to hug her, not bothering about anything else.
Love, I’ve experienced on Art Of Living courses.. in ‘I belong to you’, eye gazing, Satsangs… and especially the last day !
I’ve experienced love when I sit with nature, and everything just seems so much in love with each other.
Love is when an old uncle-aunty couple enter a Metro train and the uncle without even thinking about it, leaves his seat for the aunty. And she takes the seat witout any formality. This is also such beautiful love.
Love is when my parents search for each other’s company even when they’ve nothing to say, and after so many years of staying together.
Love is when a family gets together at the dinner table and the silly, funny, minor family happenings occur… when dad asks us to take more salad and vegetables !
I experience love when I meet my you Bau
